Here If You Need

Here If You Need is a handy pocket-sized card filled with the contact details for Youth Support services available within The Rural City of Murray Bridge and the region.
This card is a joint collaboration between the Murray Bridge Wellbeing Hub, Planet Youth Murray Bridge and The Station.

Printed versions of the cards will be distributed to local services and schools and be available from the Murray Bridge Community Centre, The Square, The Station and the Local Government Centre.
