Strategic Plan
Council endorsed the Strategic Plan 2024-2028 at the Special Council meeting held on Monday 24 June 2024.
The Strategic Plan 2024-2028 is our four-year commitment to the community, aimed at supporting the implementation of the Community Plan 2016-2032. This plan outlines the priorities for the next four years, identifying objectives, programs, and projects under each Strategic Focus Area that Council intends to deliver.
Developing the Strategic Plan 2024-2028 involved significant community participation to ensure it reflects and responds to our community's collective aspirations and needs. We engaged the community through meetings and informal sessions to identify priority focus areas and gather valuable insights.
The 2024-25 Annual Business Plan and Budget will mark our first year of delivering on the Strategic Plan 2024-2028. Our services, programs and projects will be aligned with the objectives set forth in the plan.
The Rural City of Murray Bridge Strategic Plan is reviewed every four years to ensure it remains relevant and meets the expectations of our community.
