Children under 10 years must be accompanied into the facility and constantly supervised by a parent/guardian. The parent/guardian must have a clear view of the child at all times.
Children under 13 years must be accompanied into the Centre by a responsible person 16 years or over and supervised at all times.
Unsupervised children (of any age) will be removed from the water if the lifeguard is concerned for their safety.
A parent/guardian is regarded as a responsible individual who is over the age of 16.
