Immunisation Services

The Rural City of Murray Bridge supports the health and wellbeing of the community by providing a safe, accessible and cost-effective Immunisation Service in order to prevent the spread of communicable diseases. All vaccines funded under the “National Immunisation Program” are free to Medicare card holders

Immunisation Records

If you or your children are looking for immunisation records for Council run clinics (including high school clinics), you can either:

  • Search your child's history through the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) which can be accessed through the Medicare online account through your MyGov account; or
  • contact the Rural City of Murray Bridge on 8539 1100

Records can be requested via email from Council. Please ensure your full name, date of birth and high school is provided.

School Immunisation Program 2024

Council offers onsite vaccination programs for high school students in the Rural City of Murray Bridge region. The following vaccines are provided for High School students:

Boostrix or Adacel  (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

Bexsero (Meningococcal B)

 

Nimerix (Meningococcal ACWY)

Please contact your child’s school for extra consent forms or the dates of the scheduled Immunisation visits.
