Current Initiatives
Share the Dignity Vending Machine
Located in the Parents Room of the Murray Bridge Library, the vending machine offers 'pink packs', each containing six tampons and two pads. This ensures immediate and private access to these essential items, addressing a critical need in the community.
The partnership between the Murray Bridge Library and Share the Dignity was inspired by the local volunteer group, Friends of Murray Bridge Public Library incorporated.
The Murray Bridge Library is proud to be the first location in the Murraylands area to offer this essential service. The Share the Dignity vending machine is accessible during the library's operating hours
