New or additional waste service enquiry

This information is relevant only to the Customer Request form you are currently completing. Please read it carefully before submitting your request.

Terms and Conditions

A 3-bin service is supplied to all residential properties within township boundaries (including Jervois, Callington, Mypolonga etc.). The 3-bin service includes the following:

  • 1 x Red lidded waste bin - incurs a one-off fee of $105.00, after which the ongoing service fee is incorporated into the annual rates charged
  • 1 x Yellow lidded recycling bin - incurs an annual fee of $110.00
  • 1 x Green lidded green bin - incurs an annual fee of $69.00

A 2-bin service is supplied to Businesses and rural residential properties outside township boundaries. The 2-bin service includes the following:

  • 1 x Red lidded waste bin - incurs a one-off fee of $105.00, after which the the ongoing service fee is incorporated into the annual rates charged
  • 1 x Yellow lidded recycling bin - incurs an annual fee of $110.00

Additional Service/s (all areas)

  • Red lidded waste bin - incurs an annual fee of $173.00
  • Yellow lidded recycling bin - incurs an annual fee of $110.00
  • Green lidded green bin - incurs an annual fee of $69.00

Please note: As the waste collection service for ALL bins is provided by SOLO, I accept that the fees will be charged for the services even though I may not use all of the services supplied.

Council’s Contractor SOLO will provide the requested bins when the request has been approved.
