Vote now for Murray Bridge and Mypolonga in 2025 SA Ag Town of the Year Award

Public voting is now open, with votes helping decide which towns make the top 10 finalists. Voting closes on Friday 20 June.

Mypolonga previously won the title in 2022, and the Rural City of Murray Bridge is encouraging all locals to get behind this year’s entrants and vote.

Mayor Wayne Thorley said the award was a great opportunity to showcase both towns’ thriving and innovative agricultural industries and enviable lifestyle.

“Both towns, and indeed our whole district, have a thriving agricultural and horticultural sector built on a rich heritage of food and fibre production,” Mayor Thorley said.

“We are very proud of our agricultural industry, which is a big part of creating strong employment outcomes and contributing to the enviable lifestyle and connected community our residents enjoy.

“I encourage everyone to show their support and vote for Murray Bridge and Mypolonga. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase all the things that make these towns, and our district, a great place to live, work and play.”
