This DRAFT Policy articulates Council’s commitment to utilising its order making powers to facilitate a safe and healthy environment, improve the amenity of an area and deliver good governance. It will provide clear direction to Council’s Authorised Persons to support consistent, proportionate and transparent administration of Council’s order making powers.
