WHITE PARK - FENCE UPGRADE
White Park, which is a designated dog off leash area, will be temporarily closed for approximately three weeks from Monday 1 September while current perimeter fencing is renewed to ensure it meets required standards.
The closure is only temporary, we’ll be welcoming back our furry friends and their owners when the new fence is complete.
Work is scheduled to begin on 1 September 2025 and expected to be complete by mid-September.
In the meantime, Council has nearby dog parks available for off-leash excercise at:
- Tim Overall Reserve
- Johnstone Park
- Kuchel Park
Adverse weather can delay scheduled works. We will keep you updated of any changes to the works schedule that may impact the reopening date.
You can find more information about the upgrade HERE.
