The draft Community Loans Policy aims to provide a loan funding mechanism to support projects that benefit the community.
The policy sets forth clear eligibility criteria, requiring applicants to be volunteer-based community groups with limited alternative funding options. Projects must align with the Council’s Community Plan and demonstrate long-term benefits and a clear plan.
