Safety and Access

Due to the impact of the Murray River Flood, some Rural City of Murray Bridge owned boat ramps remain closed to ensure public safety until remedial works can be undertaken (expected in the coming weeks).

Inspections by qualified experts have identified boat ramp stabilisation works are required to make use of the boat ramps safe for everyone.

Boat ramps are now open at Baker Reserve, Long Island Reserve and Sturt Reserve.

Boating enthusiasts are reminded commercial boat ramps and launching facilities available in the area.

Please exercise extreme caution whenever on the water as many hidden dangers lurk below the surface.
