Lerwin is a values based home concerned with the welfare of older people. Lerwin negotiates prices individually based on your specific circumstances and how much you pay depends on your financial situation.
All fees are regulated by the Federal Government and all residents who can afford to will have the choice of paying for their accommodation through a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) or a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues every day and is paid periodically, for example, monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payments.
