Town Hall Auditorium
The Town Hall Auditorium can be operated as a full line theatre with tiered seating for up to 300 patrons. It is fully equipped with a baby grand piano and the latest sound, lighting and data projection capabilities. A full Technical Information Guideline is available on request. Backstage facilities include male and female dressing-rooms, showers, and toilets as well as a Green Room and kitchenette. As the seating is fully retractable, the auditorium can also be used for dinners, balls and other functions. Seating around tables can be provided for 200 patrons. A small kitchen off the foyer is adequate for cocktail parties, morning and afternoon teas, etc. A list of local caterers can be provided for larger events.
Town Hall Foyer
The elegant Town Hall Foyer, with its adjacent kitchen, is suitable for morning and afternoon teas for up to 100 people. It has also been used very successfully for trade exhibitions.
Upstairs Meeting Room
The Upstairs Meeting Room is ideal for meetings. It can be set up in a U-shape with tables and chairs for 20 attendees. If set up theatre style, it is comfortable for 50 attendees.
The Green Room can be separated into two smaller areas and is popular for interviews or meetings of small groups of people.
Using all the available space, the Murray Bridge Town Hall is ideal for conferences. The Auditorium is excellent for plenary and large sessions, while break-out groups can use a variety of smaller spaces including the Upstairs Meeting Room and the Green Room.
