MURRAY BRIDGE TOWN HALL ACCESS HOURS AND ARRANGEMENTS

Following the State Government Public Activities Direction - Operations at the Murray Bridge Town Hall at 13-17 Bridge Street, Murray Bridge, will recommence from Friday 5 June 2020.  The Town Hall will have staff available to take bookings during normal office hours, Monday to Friday.  Patrons should phone the Town Hall on 85391 430 in the first instance to talk to staff about making a booking and to arrange a face to face appointment if this is necessary.

Conditions apply to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff.

Visitors should not enter if they:

*            exhibit any symptoms indicative of COVID-19

*            have any known contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19

The number of people on site will be limited to 1 person per 4 square metres, with a maximum numbers of patron at any one time in one room (excluding staff) determined by the size of the space.  This currently means:

*            the main auditorium can have a maximum of 20 people;

*            the foyer can have a maximum of 12 people; and

*            the upstairs meeting room can have a maximum of 18 people.

While these are the maximums allowed, the nature of the booking will determine the practical number allowed to maintain appropriate social distancing.  Town hall staff will work with patrons to determine this.

Please adhere to COVID-19 social distancing requirements (1.5 metre rule)

Please maintain good hygiene and use hand sanitiser provided when entering and leaving

Cashless payments methods will be required.

Records will be kept of all attendees at the site should future contact tracing be required

A cleaning regime will be introduced to ensure frequent environmental disinfection cleaning of the premises
