Draft 2020-21 Annual Business Plan and Budget now open for Public Consultation

Council would like community feedback on the draft 2020-21 Annual Business Plan and Budget.

The document outlines steps to be taken during the coming year towards achieving longer-term goals of the Strategic Plan 2020-24 and focuses on implementing the Riverfront Strategy, Public Toilet Strategy, Playspace Strategy, Footpath Expansion Strategy and continuing beautification of Town Entrances.

Ongoing investment in new and existing infrastructure is $14.1m - including $7m in new works. This financially sustainable and significant investment is supported by a planned operating surplus, under-pinned by a modest rates increase.
