A Digital Odyssey - public projection art during Ripples 2010
Public art throughout the Rural City of Murray Bridge gives an insight into the cultural life and values of the community.
The Rural City of Murray Bridge recognises the value of, and has invested in, many significant pieces of public art for members of the public to enjoy.
Murray Bridge is privileged to have a number of public artworks produced by Ngarrindjeri artists including the carved bollards by the river and a mural and mosaic sculpture at the Local Government Centre.
Other significant artists have contributed works that are displayed in public spaces and community members have collaborated on many projects that reflect important aspects of their lives.
The Rural City of Murray Bridge has also invested in a permanent collection of indoor artwork which is on display throughout Council buildings, in storage and at the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery.
